Description of: ESA Skilled (ESA 19, former 14) - One- or two-day course
The ESA Skilled course sets out several different roles and tasks and responsibilities. This is a one- or two-day course depending on your initial knowledge. ESA 19 is available in two publications, ESA Principles and ESA Work. ESA Principles and ESA Work are intended to cover all major types of electrical installations, such as power grids, industrial plants, residential and office installations.• Electrical danger.
• Accident case scenarios.
• ESA background.
• Safe communication.
• Risk management.
• Management measures.
• Work with, without or near electricity.
• Parallel wiring / induction
• Work duties.
• Final exam.
This course is carried out by a Swedenergy approved teacher and addresses the power industry, contractors, service organisations and the industries that adopted ESA as their instruction.
Target group is both employer and employee, both technicians and administrators, active in power distribution and power grid companies, industry and installation companies who must be able to apply all or part of the new ESA 19 to the operation and maintenance of power plants.
- No prerequisites are required for the two-day course.
- The one-day course is a repetition course of the two-day course (every third year)
The objective of the course is to teach you how to prevent the electric danger by applying the new ESA 19 safety-related safety instructions.
